Hi, I’m Syeda Fathema (Rodushi), Founder and CEO of Rodushi Fashion House, RFH Cosmetics, and RFH LLC, as well as an IT Professional, Technology Strategist, and Web Developer.
Born in Bangladesh and raised in New York from the age of nine, my entrepreneurial journey began in 2012 at just 13/14 years old, with a simple idea of reselling products online in Bangladesh. Over the years, that idea evolved into retail, dropshipping, wholesale sourcing, and wholesale distribution across the USA, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Egypt, the Philippines, Mexico, the UK, and several other markets.
Alongside entrepreneurship, I pursued my education in both science and technology. I earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics & Science (Pre-Med) from SUNY and Computer Information Systems from CUNY, along with an Associate’s degree in Science from SUNY. My CIS background has strengthened my skills in technology, information systems, web development, digital platforms, and analytical problem-solving. I enjoy working at the intersection of technology, business, and creativity.
I also have a strong interest in stocks and cryptocurrency, particularly markets, investing, and emerging opportunities.
What I value most is the trust built around my companies. Since 2012, authenticity has remained non-negotiable in our cosmetics business. Seeing retailers, resellers, and businesses across different markets source from us and grow through our products is something I’m genuinely proud of.
My vision is to continue growing Rodushi Fashion House into a modern, globally minded brand with a strong digital and physical presence.
From a teenage idea in Bangladesh to a growing international business, this is only the beginning.
